We are happy to exchange an item or provide a full refund, less original shipping fees.
If you need to return or exchange the item, you must get an RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Please email us at info@cedarcrate.com or call us at 952-583-5655. Unauthorized Returns will be refused.
All returns must be made within 15 days of original purchase date.
A receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip is required to receive a refund in the same method of payment as original purchase.
Products must be in brand new, unused, undamaged and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for return and full refund. Item(s) must have been originally purchased at Cedar Crate.
All returns must be prepaid.* No COD's.
Returns of the following items are not allowed under any circumstances. These are FINAL sales:
Opened items not sealed and/or not in original condition
Played or used games
Edible Products
Clearance items
Special orders
Re-Stocking Fee A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product's regular selling price may be charged to enable us to convert a product to re-salable condition if the product is not fully in its original condition. Damaged, broken, or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund or exchange credit.
Items Shipped Direct from Manufacturer:
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
For Manufacturer's Defects or items damaged in shipping, We must be notified within 5 days if your package arrives damaged in shipping. Please contact the Internet Fulfillment Center at 952-583-5655
